A sound massage is an individual and private treatment practiced in a peaceful setting promoting relaxation. You lie down on a yoga mat and the bowls are placed all around you and sometimes on you. The vibrations from the bowls massage you down to the cellular level and produce a deep relaxation similar to meditation, but with no effort on your part. Simply listen to the sound of the bowls, like you would listen to ocean waves. Wear comfortable clothing, without buttons, metal or belts (jogging or yoga attire). Harmonizing Concerts

Public concerts performed several times per year. Dates and place are announced on my site several weeks in advance and registration can be made by email. Places are limited to a maximum of 20 people.

$20 - 1 hr concert, payable at the door.

The goal ot these concerts is to harmonizie our vibrations with those of the bowls (which are purifying) and totally relaxing. To fully benefit from the experience, you can lie on a yoga mat with your head in the direction of the bowls, or remain seated on the mat or a chair.
